AI output may contain errors or omissions; we do not warrant that generated content (including any citation or its applicability) is accurate, complete, or suitable for your classroom, standards, or jurisdiction. The Service is an aid to lesson planning, not professional, legal, or pedagogical advice.

5. Content ownership

• Your content: you retain rights to the inputs you provide and the lesson materials you generate, subject to the rights of the underlying method library (below). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g., to store and display your workspace to you).
• Our Service: the application, brand, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws.
• Method library: the evidence-based teaching methods used by the Service are adapted from education-agent-skills by Gareth Manning, used under CC BY-SA 4.0. The displayed method descriptions and our adaptations of them are likewise shared under CC BY-SA 4.0.

6. Plans, billing, and refunds

• The Service offers a free tier with monthly usage limits and a paid Pro plan with unlimited generations and additional features.
• Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, [Lemon Squeezy], which acts as the seller of record and handles billing and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to the Merchant of Record's terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
